The apartment is situated about 15 minutes from the Victoria and Alfred (V&A) Waterfront and the Cape Town City Centre, Canal Walk, Ratanga Theme Park and GrandWest Casino. Shopping centres, cinemas and restaurants are all close by.  

Blouberg is near the world famous Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and the Cape Winelands. At the Waterfront (15 min) there are daily boat trips to Robben Island, a few kilometers from Dolphin Beach off the Atlantic coastline. This island was made famous by Nelson Mandela, who was imprisoned there for 18 of his 27 years in jail.
